"Art of Aging" Presentation 2-4 pm, Sat. Nov. 6, Plymouth Church, Des Moines

Friends: Please join me when my personal friends Alice and Richard Matzkin from Ojai, CA, will talk about their spiritual journey together and their award-winning book, "The Art of Aging: Celebrating the Authentic Aging Self" in the Greenwood Room of Plymouth Church at 42nd Street & Ingersoll Avenue in Des Moines, Saturday, 2-4 pm, Nov. 6. They've become famous artists - she a painter, he a sculpter - since we met in the late '60s in Los Angeles. They're long time meditators, and we shared time together at Swami Muktananda's ashram in Ganeshpuri, India, in the '80s.
