Those who’ve participated in my recent classes or the upcoming ones below are encouraged to take this retreat in order to integrate intellectual with experiential wisdom. The retreat is open to everyone, beginning and experienced meditators, and consists of alternating sitting and walking meditations and a talk. Lunch is provided at no charge and includes mindfulness eating instructions. Paul Lambakis will lead a lovingkindness meditation. Register only if you can participate for the entire day.
